Welcome to Shadow Mountain! We're an AU Warriors site based on the popular book series Warriors by Erin Hunter. We have no word count or character maximum.
A small long furred dark brown and white tabby she-cat with pretty light green eyes and delicate features. Her body is a lithe lanky thing that’s light on her paws.
PERSONALITY
To describe Poppypaw is to describe a brick wall. Despite her pretty name Poppypaw is a very realistic and ironic she-cat. Her sense of humor is very dry and sometimes dark in content mainly due to the fact that she doesn’t like to talk much so she doesn’t like to hang around other apprentices and talk to them so she doesn’t have much of a grasp of bonds and friendships and pretty much the proper way of acting around people. She is socially awkward and doesn’t know how to speak to people but that doesn’t blend in with into her drive to become a warrior. Despite not having much of a personality or social life Poppypaw is extremely loyal to her clan and the code and her only drive is to become a great warrior and to protect her clan even if she doesn’t know them well. That itself is a misguided notion and she finds herself confused as to what her purpose is sometimes; why strive to protect a clan that you don’t know? Without her drive to protect and to serve she doesn’t know what to do with her life.
HISTORY
Poppypaw grew up within Duskclan as a normal kit except the fact that she was obviously different than most of them. Calm, quite, and didn’t like to socialize; much preferring to stay in the company of the other queens or her mother; she never had a good grasp of friendship or clan interactions and seemed to question everything. Due to her mental state she was not fond of being around others or others being around her so she isolated herself and made her own purpose to live for. Not for friends, not for a family of her own, not even love (asides from her mother she has no grasp of emotions like love) and instead made herself into a hard working cat who strove only to serve where she could; as an apprentice with new freedoms her drive grew. And before she knew it she became a loner within her own clan due to her own doing. A machine to serve and protect nothing else mattered to her.
